Located in the heart of Denver’s Hale neighborhood, GM Development is excited to be working on the re-imagination of the 8.25-acre former VA Hospital site. This master planned redevelopment expects to incorporate the best of the new adjacent 9th+Co development while respecting the rich history of the VA.
